I have not yet received my product. What should I do?

It normally takes a few seconds for the e-mail to be sent to the customer. In some cases, however, it may take longer and we recommend waiting at least 60 minutes before taking further action. If you have not received an email after this time, please contact us. In most cases an email address has been entered incorrectly or the payment has not been confirmed.

Tip: The product is also available for download immediately after payment.

How do I receive my digital book?

The e- book or guide can be downloaded directly after successful payment. We also send an e-mail to the customer after the order with the product attached for download.

How can I get in touch with you?

There are actually several ways to get in touch with us. If you need help with something quickly, use the chat function with us, which is displayed as an icon at the bottom right of the website. For regular enquiries, you can send us a message here or send your request to general@larusargentatus.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How are the donations distributed?

The donations are transferred on the 5th of every calendar month. We always donate 10% of our income to our partner organisations and reflect this in our annual report. The first report will be published in October 2025.

Can I share or transfer my digital purchase to someone else?

Unfortunately, the digital products cannot be shared with others without the exclusive permission of Larus Argentatus.

Can I buy entire collections at once or do I have to buy them individually?

It is possible to buy entire collections from us. You also save money, as we offer you a discount on two or more products.

If you would like to place a licence or a bulk order (20 or more books), please send us an individual enquiry to general@larusargentatus.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I get a refund or exchange for a digital product?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges as there is no direct contact with our products as they are digital.

Nevertheless, we believe that it is important that the customer has added value. If you think that our book does not offer you any added value, you are welcome to write us a message and we will see if we can offer you an alternative.

Who writes these books, as no author is directly named?

Our books are written by professional ghoswriters and of course proofread by our internal team. These types of authors refrain from being named in the book.
