I have not yet received my product. What should I do?
📩 It normally takes a few seconds for the e-mail to be sent to the customer.
⏳ In some cases, however, it may take longer, and we recommend waiting at least 60 minutes before taking further action.

In most cases, the email address has been entered incorrectly or the payment has not been confirmed.

How do I receive my digital book?

How are the donations distributed?
💚The donations are transferred on the 5th of every calendar month.
We always donate 10% of our income to our partner organisations and include this in our annual report.

Can I share or transfer my digital purchase to someone else?
Unfortunately, the digital products cannot be shared with others without the exclusive permission of Larus Argentatus.
Can I buy entire collections at once or do I have to buy them individually?
📚 It is possible to buy entire collections from us.
You also save money, as we offer a discount on two or more products.

Can I get a refund or exchange for a digital product?
❌ Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
This is because our products are digital goods that are available for immediate download after payment.
✨ Nevertheless, we believe it's important that you receive real value.
