Can I send the gift card to someone else as present?

Yes, this is possible. You can mention in the checkout that you are buying the card for someone else. Simply enter the details of the person who should receive the gift card.

Does the gift card have an expiry date?

No, our cards do not have an expiry date.

How do I receive my gift card?

We will send the digital gift card directly after the payment has been received to the specified e-mail address.

I have a problem with my card. What should I do?

In this case we ask you to get in touch with us via the contact options you have. Please always include your order number when you contact us.

Unfortunately, I entered the wrong e-mail address. What should I do?

Unfortunately, the product is sent directly to the email address mentioned and there is little room for manoeuvre in these cases and a refund is generally not possible. Nevertheless, you are welcome to contact us and we will do our best to help you.
